CAN, will you shut up – in Patience Jonathan’s voice

I want to stand very firmly with Ini Edo, the very talented actress, whose new movie Detty December is under threat of being pulled down

From what I have gleaned from her post, the Christian Association of Nigeria seems to be mad with the title of the movie and is pulling strings to get it pulled down

Now, I have not watched the movie and as such do not know if there is any part of it that is fundamentally offensive to the Christian faith, apart from the titling, which I think is a brilliant capturing of the season and popular culture

If her only offence is now just the titling, then CAN shd go and sit down

They must really be ashamed of themselves, trying to bully this young entrepreneur who must have gone through hell to raise the funds, put such a massive work out there only for some hypocritical godzilas to come and be trying to unravel all that

What is wrong with detty Christmas or whatever she must have called it?

Is her titling worse than all the atrocities that their people have been committing in the name of Christ?

Have they tried to self-regulate themselves? Are they not hearing of all the accusations that the Doris actress is labelling against their brethren?

Where they blind when their colleague was asking for N150 million to buy trumpets for politicians to pray for?

Do they even know that CAN and APC are up there on the list of the least respected bodies in this country?

It is to ignore the giant elephants in their rooms and attempt to bully the little girl, making her cry this early morning

Mbok, I am so angry. Whoever is the President of this CAN or any division of this body that is pursuing this matter should really be ashamed of themselves

Did Jesus not ask them to allow him fight his own battles?

The hypocrisy is galling and annoying.

When they are not out there scamming us with fake prophesies and ‘tax’ collecting through tithes, they are enabling politicians to continue to fool us

Is Ini Edo’s movie title what will solve the genocide of Christians in the Middle Belt? Or release all the Christians in captivity?

Mbok, I am so annoyed that if I see this CAN person, what I will tell him, he will not like himself

Please, if anyone reading this who has access to the President of CAN can confirm if it’s true that they are the ones pressuring this lady, could you give me access or send my number to them? I want to discuss one or two things with them.

Real joblessness in the midst of so much chaos

Mbok Ini, don’t cry again, ignore them, let them pull it down, and then they will know that our Judiciary is not totally messed up
