If I talk now, women will come at me with their usual emotional dribble
Let me first rehash the story. A young girl has come out on the Internet to say that she wants Davido to come out and help her find her identity
That she is his daughter, and that he should come out and do a DNA test
Davido replies and says that he has done five, all negative and that he does not know the ‘bitch’ that is her mother
Her mother now comes out to say that she was a waitress and was not ‘carried’ and as such was not a prostitute, and that all five DNAs were fake and that Davido should subject himself to one more DNA test
You see, two things don’t sit well with me in this matter
Throwing the little girl into the murky fight
The girl writing to Davido directly, talking about being bullied in school and attaching adoring pictures of herself, is nothing but evil emotional blackmail
Women all over Nigeria have been swooning over the pictures, coooing – awwwnnnn, awwwwn and saying aghh, Davido is wicked
As usual, they have gone emotional cos of the ‘fine’ baby pic and asking for just one more DNA test after five
How do you fight a beautiful, cute baby pic like this? Even I, who is doing ‘ogboju, here those pictures are melting my heart.
The second thing is the lady saying she is not a prostitute but a waitress and that they did not’ carry’ her.
Mbok, my people, what else could have happened under these circumstances if not that she was ‘carried’ and that being the case, what man would stand up and say yes, the baby is mine
Very successful men have suffered in this life.
They get chased, pushed and pulled and then babies and pregnancies are dumped on them, and when they try to breathe, they are emotionally harassed and vilified.
Men in these situations always have to fight from the point of guilt to innocence cos the public always stands by the women, no matter what

In fact, it’s looking like getting this kind of issue is now becoming a badge of success, as poor underachieving men don’t ever have these kinds of issues
If a woman by mistake gets pregnant for a poor man, she would do the needful or carry her burden with dignity, but let the man have three Tokunbo cars, you will see the dignity fly out of the window as she would be chasing the man all over the place to pin the baby on him
Mbok see a waitress o who was ‘carried’ how she arrived at her conclusion of all the men she would have served drinks that night beats the imagination
The formula is simple: this is Davido, Duke of Shomolu; Portable; Mukaila the meat seller; and Timi the bar owner, and the winner is Davido.

We have done five DNA tests, and we are still saying he should go and do one more na wa.
The man has tried, he should not do another one again, let him face his life and let the woman who says she was not carried go and carry her bundle with the dignity that should, once, come out of a Nigerian woman.
Stand for your daughter, call Davidos bluff, struggle and make her a strong woman, tell her the truth with pride, say –
I am sure Davido is your dad, but I don’t blame him for denying, cos I was a waitress that night, things happened, and he says it wasn’t him. He claims to have done five DNA tests, but my inner being still says he is the one. But since he has denied us, let’s build you up to the point that when you become something, he will look at you and regret it with his five DNA tests.
That will be the day – he no dey ever happen like this.
My brother David, if you’re not too busy, you can go ahead and give them the sixth DNA. As for me, I have said my own and moved on
