This is one feeling that I have never understood.
It’s a deep and very powerful feeling that has led to real pain, Hurt, and even loss of life
Jealousy is that stirring, searing feeling you get once you have been cheated on
You see a message, or you are told something or you walk in on something and then it starts with the sinking feeling down your gut, heartbeat racing, chest tightening, sweat in your palms hand shaking, tears for women, anger and rage for men, red eyes and a strong urge to destroy things
The ironic thing about it is the fact that you feel all of this, simply because somebody else has decided to use his or her body in a way he or she feels like
It’s not your body, yoy have no control over the other person’s body and no real rights over it, yet you get really mad that someone else has used his/her body without your permission
Jealousy is one of the worst feelings one could feel, everybody has felt it and continues to feel it
Despite its scars, you never avoid going into relationships cos like childbirth the moment you find love again, you forget the pain until you are hit again
Do I feel jealous? Have I felt jealous?
More than most. I am soft and like a sponge, I love wholeheartedly and as such, the hit is baddddd
Sad thing is that, you cant avoid jealousy cos it comes hand in hand with falling in Love
Love comes with a series of jealousy, a need not to want to share the spotlight even though the other person is a whole human being very distinct and different from you.
Another strange thing about jealousy is the fact that for some it comes with pain, when you hurt someone and the person recoils but you still want the person, and the person still hurting turns to someone else for succour.
That is another jealousy in a whole new class of its own.
So what do you do, to avoid all the pain that comes with jealousy?
Nothing bro/sis cause as long as you love, the bite of jealousy will be yours
Not a curse but a fact of life.
