I have read a panicky diatribe from someone who would have not been anybody if not for the rent and patrimony we run as a system of Government.

In response to my claim for a change in leadership of the JK Randle Hall to ensure, it reaches its maximum potential, this person went on a jaundiced rant

He claims I slandered him when I didn’t even mention his name in the article he quoted.

In his nursery school rhyme, he went ahead to show his gross ignorance of such pristine management principles as corporate governance, Ethics, collective decision, and board management.

The issue is not about prancing all over the place from the age of 13 or marrying a wife who has gone to all the schools in the world but running a sophisticated institution such as this along internationally accepted lines.

I am happy he has mentioned that a Board has been set up and hopefully, the Board will be carried along next time in deciding who gets the temporary ‘canteen’ to run.

10,000 footfall for such an edifice is a shame as secondary school inter-house sports record half of that on a hot Saturday afternoon.

Basking under the silliness of 10,000 traffic during a period where over 1. 2m tourists both local and international were recorded to have entered Lagos can be best described as tom foolery.

He has slandered me- called my full names, accused me of being paid and generally went after my hard-earned reputation as an Investment banker by calling me ‘failed’ in a pitiful attempt at rubbishing my credentials.

I would however not engage him cos his task at the museum would more than engage him considering his lack of capacity.

This is no time to push out my own credebtials but to state very clearly that yes, I am a Stakeholder in the space as a tax paying player who is also one of the biggest emoloyers of labour in the space and as such must be very interested in the health of the sector.

I really do wish this imp every success in this assignment even though I am not holding my breath cos his success would go a long way in ensuring the attainement of the vision of the founders of the hallowed institution.

Thanks
