Meaning one handles the business of theatre – licensing, facility mgt, operation and the other handles the plays
I will inject N100m of my own money to cover appointments of advicers on both sides of the Atlantic, approvals etc
Over the years we have built a database of 5,000 retail supporters and another 500 High Networth individuals and corporate sponsors, this is the pool that will bring out 60% of the needed capital the rest 40% will come from the diaspora
This is Nigerian theatre going mainstream not locally but internationally
With 68 plays we have the richest treasure trove for what is about to happen.
In five years we should reach an x5 valuation from our capital raise base setting uo ourselves for an acquisition which should ramp up investor valuations by another x10
