My fellow Residents
We, the revolutionary council, have been watching with keen interest the happenings in our Estate
The lacuna thrown up by the inconclusive elections is of keen interest to us
This impasse is a climax to the general disorderliness going on in our estate
Fellow residents, we have seen our Estate overrun with Landlords, pets, and all sorts of malachy, all culminating in the Seyi Atinaro Excos’ inability to conduct a simple election
It is in this regard and also as a result of our passion for our Estate that we, in the Revolutionary Council, take this painful decision to taking power
We would be imposing a dusk-to-dawn curfew in the estate; Seyi and his Exco have already been taken into custody at the FM’s quarters, and all men should register their presence at the security post
All accounts remain frozen; contracts signed by Seyi are immediately cancelled; Estate Constitution is cancelled.
All females and kids should immediately move to the playground and must remain there until we bring the situation under full control
We have made arrangements to feed them and give them toys for their comfort
All gates in and from the Estate remain shut as we have this morning taken full control and have arrested all security men and replaced them with forces loyal to the cause
Please note that this situation is temporary, as the Revolutionary Council is made up of Democrats in uniform and we will ensure that a credible election is held within the next one year
We would like to appeal to the residents to remain calm and stay very close to their phones, as further announcements will be made
